I am now able to reframe my negative framework/thinking into more positive language and reference points. I still cannot fully put into words how this has changed me and how grateful I am for the experience. 

You gave me space to explore, you offered guidance on reframing my negative outlook to a more positive one, and you ultimately gifted me some NEW, restorative, and personal symbols that helped reveal my superpowers!
